labdev shipped v1.1.0 + adapters shipped v1.1.0 on 2026-05-26
without any dashboard changes. The /services/$svc mode dropdown
shipped in v1.0.0 already dispatches service.run with a mode
payload — exactly what the consolidated v1.1 Registry verb
expects, no migration needed.

Documenting this in the CHANGELOG so the audit trail is honest
about why labdev v1.1.0 didn't bump the dashboard tag. The
embedded snapshot in labdev v1.1.0 is dashboard main at v1.0.0
(commit 479aa0d7).

When real UI changes land (surfacing plan[].links: on /config,
smoke-boot results panel, etc.) we'll cut dashboard v1.1.0.
